User Groups

Collaboration is at the core of everything we do in EduCampus. By facilitating User Groups we enable peer-to-peer learning, bringing clients together to share knowledge and provide feedback to the Suppliers.

Our User Group sessions are in person events which take place twice yearly for most service areas. The sessions are client driven and each service area has a User Group committee who meet regularly to identify the agenda for each session.

Our User Groups enable our clients to:

  • Share Application Information across Peer Groups
  • Standardize Business Processes
  • Receive Product Updates from Suppliers
  • Provide direct feedback to Suppliers on Services and Support
  • Build Relationships

Customer Service Reviews (CSRs)

Each year the EduCampus leadership team meet individually with our clients to review our service.
Conducting these reviews is a valuable element of the EduCampus service, as it is an opportunity for us to gain feedback, give our client community insight into our ongoing developments and provide updates on any upcoming strategic upgrades that are on the horizon.
