HRM & Payroll

The sector uses the CoreHR product to manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The solution has evolved to meet the changing landscape of HRM & Payroll, both from a legislative and business process perspective. It is delivered centrally, resulting in efficiencies for the sector.

Web based Manager and Employee Self Service

The latest version of the CoreHR product has the capability to provide Manager and Employee self-service. This includes functionality for submission and approval of expenses, online timesheets and absence management. In addition, payslips can be delivered via the web interface. All delivered from a modern, intuitive and responsive interface.

Real time analytics and graphical reporting

Integrated into each functional area is the capability for real time analytics and reporting. This provides a consistent view of data across the business. Reports and dashboards can be designed centrally within each Institute and pushed out to a managers or employees portal.

Sectoral Business Process support

The CoreHR product has been designed to support the specific needs of the sector. Multiple post management is catered for, and product updates are provided in line with legislative and regulatory changes affecting the sector, such as the introduction of new budgetary measures, public sector pay agreements, and Department circulars.

Benefits

Self service capabilities and the introduction of online facilities have streamilined the HRM and Payroll processes, freeing up the central HR team for more strategic value add activities.

The CoreHR product provides real time, trusted analytics, which can be leveraged to reliably inform business decisions.
