Service Liaison Officer

Ruth has extensive knowledge of the client environment & managing business process change. Ruth is responsible for the transition of projects from the EduCampus Programme Management team into Service Management.

Helena is the key contact for the student systems, Banner & Digitary, and has expert knowledge of functionality across the client environment.

Service Liaison Officer, Finance & Library Systems

Imelda is product owner for finance & library systems, expertly engaging with clients to ensure alignment with the needs of the sector.

Service Management Director

As the Service Management Director in EduCampus Services, Beth is responsible for managing the Service Delivery Team in the successful provision of services to the Higher Education sector.

Rory is responsible for managing the Programme Management Team in their delivery of the programme of strategic projects.

Marian Collins

Programme Manager, Finance System

Marian is responsible for the program governance and overall program lifecycle of Financial Management Systems (FMS). As a CPA, and Project Manager her background brings both a practical and organisational insight to overseeing the successful delivery of FMS program’s.

Anne is responsible for managing the service liaison team to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of services to our clients. Anne has excellent communication skills and a strong background in the planning and implementation of technology solutions and in supporting business process change.

Peter is responsible for managing the relationships between EduCampus and the application vendors to ensure accountability in performance and the successful delivery of services.

David Corway

David's role as Programme Manager for the HR and Payroll (HRP) System is to support strategic change for this critical software platform alongside a wide variety of higher education clients.

Linda manages the office of the CEO and is responsible for ensuring efficient administration of the Board.

Noreen works with EduCampus as the Programme Manager for the Student Records Management System (SRMS), which includes a number of strategic projects to implement and upgrade complex cloud-based enterprise systems for the higher education sector in Ireland.
